摘要
锥环柱结构是柱壳与锥壳连接的一种新型结构形式,实现了柱壳和锥壳的光顺连接,具有应力分布均匀、结构重量小、最大应力部位避开了焊缝部位等优点。然而,当其他结构与其匹配时,其强度性能会受到影响。采用ANSYS有限元仿真软件,对大型环向结构、大型开孔加强结构、大型纵向结构与锥环柱结构的匹配关系进行计算和分析比较,得到了与不同结构匹配时的锥环柱结构强度性能变化曲线,给出了大型环向结构应距环壳1档肋位以上、大型开孔加强结构应距环壳2档肋位以上、大型纵向结构可直接与环壳连接的结论。
The cone-toroid-cylinder combined shell, a new-type structure connecting the cylinder shell and the cone shell, has advantages of uniform stress distribution, small structure weight, and the maximum stress position avoiding the welding line because of the smooth connection between the cylinder shell and the cone shell. However, the strength behavior of the cone-toroid-cylinder combined shell will be heavily affected when connecting with other structures. The influence of the large ringed structure, the large hatch reinforce structure, the large longitudinal structure on the the strength behavior of the cone-toroid-cylinder combined shell is investigated in this paper with the finite element method with ANSYS. The strength behavior curve of the cone-toroid-cylinder combined shell matching with other structures is also obtained. It is concluded that the large ringed structure should be placed over one frame spacing away from the cone-toroid-cylinder combined shell, and the large hatch reinforce structure should be placed over two frames spacing away from the cone-toroid-cylinder combined shell, while the large longitudinal structure can be directly connected with the cone-toroid-cylinder combined shell.
