摘要
为研究不同管路阻力计算方法对调节阀性能预测结果的影响,对比分析一维经验公式和三维计算流体力学(CFD)管路阻力计算方法的计算结果;结合阻力计算结果,对某过热蒸汽调节阀的工作流量特性进行计算分析。结果表明:管路阻力的三维CFD计算结果与实际更接近,在调节阀的实际调节特性预测中,不同管路阻力计算方法对调节阀流量特性计算结果的影响不可忽略,在过热蒸汽预期流量为34 kg/s时,采用管路阻力一维经验公式和三维CFD计算方法预测的调节阀流量特性相差5.03%。
To study the influences of different computation methods of the pipe resistance on the prediction of the working flow characteristics of the regulating valve, a one-dimensional empirical formula calcu- lation method and a three-dimensional Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) numerical calculation method of pipe resistance are presented and compared. Combining the calculation results of pipe resistance, the flow characteristics of the regulating valve which is connected to the superheated steam pipe, is computed and analyzed. The results indicate that the three-dimensional CFD numerical calculation method is more accurate, and the error caused by the pipe resistance computation can not be simply ignored. When the ex- pected flux for superheated steam reaches 34 kg/s, the offset of the working flow characteristics of the regulating valve between the two methods is 5.03%.
