摘要
目的 N-乙基乙酰胺是重要的化工中间体,在医药、农药等领域得到比较广泛的应用。采用Al2O3和Si O2组合物作催化剂,以乙酸乙酯、乙胺为原料合成N-乙基乙酰胺。方法反应温度、反应时间和催化剂对反应的影响,最佳工艺条件为Al2O3和Si O2组合物(87∶13)催化下40℃水浴反应24 h,室温静置48 h。结果产品收率达61.62%,产品纯度99.2%(HPLC归一化法),产物结构经1HNMR表征。结论改进后的工艺简单可行,适合实验室简易合成。
Objective As a kind of important chemical intermediate, N - Ethylacetamide has been widely applied to medicine, pesticide and so on. N - Ethylacetamide was synthesized from ethyl acetate, ethylamine and composition of Al2 O3 - SiO2 as catalyst. Methods The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, catalyst on the reaction product yield were evaluated, and the optimum reaction conditions were : water bath 24 h at 40℃and at room temperature for 48 h. Results Under the optimum conditions, yield reached to 61.62% with the purity of product amounting up to 99% ( HPLC, normalization method). The structure of product was manifested by 1 HNMR spectrometry. Conclusions The improved process is simple and convenient, and suitable for the laboratory preparation.
