罗哌卡因复合地佐辛对臂丛神经阻滞麻醉效果的影响 被引量:13

摘要 目的分析罗哌卡因复合地佐辛对臂丛神经阻滞麻醉效果的影响。方法选择我院收治的行单侧上肢手术患者92例,所有患者均行臂丛神经阻滞麻醉,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组两组,每组46例,对照组给予罗哌卡因麻醉,观察组给予罗哌卡因复合地佐辛麻醉。结果观察组麻醉起效时间、阻滞持续时间及镇痛持续时间显著长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组麻醉前30 min和术中2 h的MBP、Sp O2及HR,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术中2 h的MBP、Sp O2及HR,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组未出现不良反应,明显低于对照组的19.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论罗哌卡因复合地佐辛对臂丛神经阻滞麻醉,麻醉效果好、患者的呼吸循环稳定,无明显不良反应。 Objective To analyze the anesthetic effect of ropivacaine combined with dezocine on brachial plexus block. Methods 92 cases with unilateral upper limb operation in our hospital were retrospectively collected. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 46 cases in each group. The control group was given ropivacaine anesthesia, while the observation group was given ropivacaine combined with dezocine anesthesia. Results The onset time of anesthesia, anesthesia duration and the duration of analgesia of the observation group was significantly longer than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference ( P 〈0. 05 ). MBP, SpO2 and HR 30min before anesthesia and intraoperative 2 h of the observation group were not significantly different ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Compared with the control group, BP, SpO2 and HR 2h after operation in the observation group was statistically significant (P 〈0. 05). There was no adverse reaction in the observation group, significantly lower than that of the control group ( 19. 75% ), with statistically significant differnece ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The anesthesia effect of ropivacaine combined with dezocine on bra- chial plexus block is good, and the patient's respiratory cycle is stable, with no obvious adverse reaction.
