胶原蛋白肽对于皮肤保健的实验研究

目的探讨用生物酶技术提取的胶原蛋白肽对于皮肤保健中所起到的作用及相关机制。方法 40只清洁级小鼠随机分成正常对照组、胶原蛋白肽低剂量组[3g/(kg.bw)]、中剂量组[7.5g/(kg.bw)]和高剂量组[12g/(kg.bw)],每日给药2次,连续2周。检测皮肤水分的含量、游离脂肪酸的浓度和皮肤的创伤恢复实验。结果低、中、高三个剂量组均可补充皮肤水分、降低游离脂肪酸的含量、增强皮肤愈合的速度;高剂量组对于增加皮肤水分及增强皮肤愈合速度的最好,与其他组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);中剂量组对于降低游离脂肪酸的含量效果最好,与其他组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论三种剂量胶原蛋白肽对正常小鼠的皮肤有恢复及保健作用,中、高剂量组效果最好。

Objective To study the effect of biological enzyme extraction of collagen protein peptide on skin care and its mecha- nisms. Methods 40 Kunming clean mice were randomly divided into normal control group, low dose group of collagen peptide [3g/ （ kg. bw） ], middle dose group [ 7.5 g/（ kg. bw ） ] and high dose group [ 12 g/（ kg. bw） ], daily dosing 2 times, 2 consecutive weeks. The moisture content of the skin, free fatty acid concentration and skin trauma recovery experiments was detected respectively. Results Low, medium and high dose groups can replenish skin moisture, reduce the content of free fatty acids, enhance skin healing speed, high - dose group for increasing skin moisture and enhance skin healing best dose group for reducing free fatty acids the effect is good content. Conclusion Three doses of collagen peptides on the skin of normal mice have a recovery and health effects, in the high dose group was the best.
