摘要
采用水热和煅烧相结合的方法合成了空心ZnFe2O4微球,并对其微观结构和气敏性能进行了研究。通过X-射线衍射(XRD),扫描电镜(SEM),透射电镜(TEM)和高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM)表征手段,对产品的微观结构进行了表征。并进一步对空心ZnFe2O4微球的气敏性能进行了研究,研究结果表明该材料具有良好的气敏性能,在乙醇气体的检测方法中具有潜在的应用价值。气敏性能的提高可以归结为空心ZnFe2O4微球内部三维的空心结构。
We report the microstructure, application as gas sensors of hollow ZnFe2O4 microsphere prepared by thecombination of hydrothermal method and calcination treatment, The as-prepared products have been characterized byXRD, SEM, TEM and HRTEM. Furthermore, when tested as gas sensing material, the hollow ZnFeO4 microspherehas showed excellent gas sensing performances, which demonstrate the potential application of the hollow ZnFe2O4microsphere as a promising sensor material for detecting the alcohol gas. The improved performances can be attributedqualitatively to its 3D morphological hollow structures.
