摘要 通过固相合成法制备了Fe-Cr-Zn-Al高温棕色料,用单因素实验法探讨了高温棕色料在基础釉中的呈色效果和高温稳定性,从而确定出高温棕色料的最优配方。实验结果表明:当ZnO 52%,Fe2O3 30%,Cr2O318%时所制备的色料,在1250℃烧成获得红棕色釉面,这说明在煅烧温度1300℃时能合成Fe-Cr-Zn-Al系尖晶石色料。XRD实验结果表明:在Zn-Fe-Cr-Al系中合成了赤铁矿、ZnFe2O4和ZnCr2O3尖晶石,正是该尖晶石的合成,从而使色料在釉中呈色稳定。 In this paper, Fe-Cr-Zn-A1 brown pigment has been prepared by solid reaction method, glaze color effect andhigh temperature stability of brown pigment were studied by using single factor experiment method, which determine theformula of the optimal brown pigment. Experimental results show that., when ZnO is 52%, Fe203 is 30%, CrzO3 is 18%for spinel piment applied in glaze, red brown glazed effect were obtained at 1250 ℃ , which indicated that the Fe-Cr-Zn-A1 spinel pigment could by synthesized at 1300 ℃ . XRD experimental results show that Zn-Fe-Cr-AI pigment wascomposed of hematite, ZnFe204 and ZnCr203 spinel, which makes the glaze color stability.
