摘要
目前三聚氰胺的检测方法主要包括分光光度法、酶联免疫吸附法、高效液相色谱法、液质联用法、气质联用法、离子色谱法等。这些方法具有灵敏度高、适应性广等特点。对含乳食品中三聚氰胺的检测方法进行了综述,对其发展进行了分析和展望。
