摘要 为了解决带有套筒稳定机构的超前支护液压支架的设计计算、稳定性分析问题,从分析液压支架结构入手,得到带有套筒稳定机构的超前支护液压支架为直线导向,简化套筒模型,分析了其运动规律和力学性能,得出了套筒机构的运动、受力方程。以ZTC16000/29/45超前支架为例进行计算,支架在最高高度、套筒单边间隙为5 mm时,伸缩杆中心线偏移角度为1.1°、铰接点水平偏移量为38.2 mm。根据受力结果用有限元方法对套筒机构进行了校核,强度符合设计要求。研究表明:随着套筒单边间隙增加、支架高度的增高,伸缩杆偏移量增加,受力相应增大,其稳定性也随之降低。 In order to solve the design and calculation as well as stability analysis of the advanced-supporting hydraulic support with sleeve-stabilizing unit, the paper analyzed the structure of the hydraulic support, and concluded that the advanced-supporting hydraulic support with sleeve-stabilizing unit was guided linearly. After simplifying the sleeve model, it analyzed its motion laws and mechanical properties, and obtained the motion and the stress equation of the sleeve. In addition, the paper took a ZTC16000/29/45 advanced-supporting hydraulic support as the example to conduct calculation, and obtained the deviation angle of central line of the telescopic rod was 1.1°and the horizontal deviation of hinge point was 38.2 mm while the support was located at the highest height and unilateral clearance of the sleeve was 5 mm. According to the stress state, the finite element method was applied to check the strength of the sleeve, the strength of the sleeve met the design demand. The results showed: with the increase in the unilateral clearance of the sleeve and the support height, the deviation of the telescopic rod increased, as well as the stress increased and its stability decreased accordingly.
