摘要
螺旋输送机在输送物料过程中,其螺旋面升角不变时,物料输送的轴向速度在螺旋叶片轴处较小,在螺旋叶片顶部较大,即在径向方向轴向速度存在速度差,物料输送时产生相对运动的摩擦损失。数学建模论证表明,螺旋面升角在32°36°范围内变动时,可使轴向速度沿螺旋叶片径向方向恒定,避免了速度差产生的摩擦损失,使轴向速度分布更加合理,物料运行阻力有所减小,设备运行效率有所提高。
In the process of material conveyance by the screw conveyor, while the lift angle of the screw surface remains unchanged, the axial velocity of material conveyance is slow at the neck of the screw blade and quick at the top of the screw blade, so there is velocity difference in radial direction, which leads to friction loss due to relative movement during material conveyance. Mathematical modeling and discussion showed:while the lift angle of the screw surface varied from 32° to 36° , the axial velocity remained constant along radial direction of the screw blade, thus the friction loss due to velocity difference was avoided, axial velocity was distributed more reasonably, conveyance resistance of material reduced and operation efficiency of the conveyor enhanced.
