摘要
静压轴承是大型球磨机重要的承载部分,静压轴承中轴承衬体是其关键部件,在工作过程中起到调心作用,并承受较大载荷。但由于安装油管的需要,轴承衬体需要开凿出油管槽,这必将影响轴承衬体的应力与变形,从而影响静压轴承的承载能力。笔者通过对两种不同的轴承衬体进行有限元分析,比较得出间断油管槽轴承衬体应力较小,设计方案更加合理。可为球磨机轴承部的设计改进提供一定依据。
The hydrostatic bearing is an important carrying component of the large-scale ball mill, and its linings are key part. The linings play alignment role and takes considerable loads during the operation. Since pipes are to be installed, the bearing linings are grooved for pipe installation, which affects the stress and the deformation of the bearing linings, and further affects the carrying ability of the hydrostatic bearing. After finite element analysis on two kinds of bearing linings, it was concluded that the stress of bearing linings with discontinuous pipe grooves was less and the design scheme was more reasonable. The study offered some reference for the design improvement of the bearing of the ball mill.
