摘要
针对球磨机在不同工况或传动功率下,不合理的轴毂连接方式可能产生的一系列问题,为改善传动品质,对不同的轴毂连接技术进行了综合论述,并对其特点及应用情况进行了归纳总结,提出针对大中型磨机宜采用新型复合轮毂连接方式。实际应用表明,该连接方式提高了轴毂连接同心度精度,消除了轴毂间打滑、窜动等安全隐患,提高了传动的可靠性,节省了维修更换成本,为球磨机的设计提供了借鉴。
Since unreasonable shaft-hub connecting mode may generate a series of problems while the ball mill operates in various modes or at transmission power, in order to improve the transmission quality, after comprehensively narrating various shaft-hub connecting technology, the paper concluded their features and application, and proposed a new-type combined shaft-hub connecting mode suitable for large and medium ball mills. Actual application showed the new connecting mode was beneficial to enhancement of shaft-hub connection concentricity, elimination of sliding and movement between shaft and hub, improvement of transmission reliability and reduction of maintenance cost.
