摘要
基于ANSYS的APDL语言建立了齿轮参数化模型,通过ANSYS的二次开发工具,建立模型交互界面,并在此基础上进行参数化网格划分。通过选用耦合场单元对一对齿轮进行热固耦合分析,探索齿轮在真实啮合过程中的摩擦生热现象,获得反映齿轮三维温度场变化的瞬态温度场以及稳态温度场。其结果对分析齿轮的热平衡、热应力、热变形、胶合承载能力以及设计具有一定的指导意义。
A gear parameterization model was built based on language APDL of ANSYS, and the secondary development tool was applied to build the model interface. After that, parametric mesh division was conducted. Coupling field element was applied to conduct thermomechanical coupling analysis on a pair of gear, and friction heat generation during actual meshing process of the gear was explored. In addition, the transient temperature field and the steady-state temperature field reflecting 3D temperature field of the gear were obtained. The simulation offered some guidance for the analysis on thermal balance, thermal stress_ thermaldeformation and scuffing load capacity of the gear as well as the gear design.
