摘要
针对特定用途的轴向磁通永磁电机,开展相关分析与设计。考虑到特殊的外形尺寸,对永磁体径向宽度、轴向厚度,定子齿尖厚度等关键尺寸进行了参数化设计。优化了三种不同结构的轴向磁通电机,同时针对电磁性能以及定子振动模态进行了对比研究,分别是双定子中间转子结构的AFIR电机,双转子中间定子结构的TORUS-NN和TORUS-NS电机。三维有限元计算以及理论分析方法验证了整个优化过程。
This paper aims to provide design concepts of axial flux permanent magnet(AFPM) machines in specific situations. Due to the unique profile constraints, some dimensions such as magnet radial length and axial thickness, as well as stator tooth tip thickness are parametrically investigated. Three unique configurations of AFPM machine are proposed, including the axial flux internal rotor(AFIR) machine with single rotor sandwiched between two stators, and the TORUS-NN and the TORUS-NS machines with single stator sandwiched between two rotors. Electromagnetic performance as well as stator vibration modes are compared. Both theoretical analysis and three-dimensional(3-D) finite element analysis(FEA) are made to verify the optimization.
