摘要
按照GB/T50378—2014《绿色建筑评价标准》,分析绿色居住建筑中节水设计的评价分值及其构成;根据绿色建筑的星级评分要求,按评价分值的取值范围设定各种相应的节水措施组合方案,推出了节水部分设计阶段的得分公式,运用计算公式,得出各种节水措施组合与增量成本的关系,通过选取多个工程实例比较分析,得出最佳节水设计方案,为绿色居住建筑的节水设计提供借鉴。
This paper analyzed the assessment score and score structure of water conservation design in green residential building in terms of Assessment Standard for Green Building （GB/T 50378-2014）, proposed the formula for calculation of score for water conservation design according to combined water conservation measures and schemes specified for the range of assessment value, and then determined the relation between combination of different water conservation measures and incremental cost. After comparison among several engineering cases, the optimum water conservation design scheme was determined, providing references for water conservation design of green residential building.
