摘要
研究了内掺偏高岭土对水泥砂浆流动度、抗压强度、抗折强度和透水压力的影响,并运用SEM分析探讨了早期偏高岭土对水泥砂浆抗渗性能影响的机理。研究表明:偏高岭土的掺入能够减少水泥砂浆的内部孔隙,密实优化微观结构,提高力学性能和抗渗性能,且偏高岭土掺量为8%左右,其对水泥砂浆各项性能的优化效果最好。
Influences of metakaolin on fluidity, compressive strength, flexural strength and permeable pressure of cement mortar were studied, and the mechanism of influence of metakaolin on anti-permeability performance of early age cement mortar was utilized by SEM. The results showed that metakaolin could reduce the internal pores, optimize its microstructure and improve its mechanical and anti-permeability performances. When the dosage of metakaolin was 8%, the optimization effect of cement mortar was the best.
