增稠方法对聚合物水泥防水涂料拉伸性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 采用不同的增稠方法将JS防水涂料增稠至相同的黏度,并对JS防水涂料的拉伸性能进行测试,结果表明:当丙烯酸酯乳液和VAE乳液两者按照1∶1混合后,涂膜表现出优异的拉伸性能;石英砂和重质碳酸钙混合比例为1∶4时,涂膜拉伸性能最优;当羟丙基甲基纤维素含量为0.5%时,涂膜的拉伸性能最优。所以,在调节JS防水涂料的黏度时,需要综合考虑,选择最适合的增稠方法。 The viscosity of JS waterproofing coating was thickened to the same numerical by different methods and the tensile performance was investigated. The results showed that when the ratio of acrylate emulsion to VAE emulsion was 1:1, the tensile performance of the film was excellent; when the ratio of quartz sand to heavy calcium carbonate was 1:4, the tensile performance of the film was optimal; when the dosage of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose was 0.5%, the tensile performance of the film was the best. Therefore, when adjusting the viscosity of JS waterproofing coating, it is required to comprehensively consider the most suitable thickening method.
