通过分析各种排水措施的效果与负面作用,认为地下工程以排为主的原则是错误的,排防并举也是不对的,地下工程应着重防水;《地下工程防水技术规范》总则103条中“防排堵截”的原则,宜删去“排”字。

By analyzing the effect and negative effect of various drainage measures, the article shows that underground project underlining the principle of drainage is wrong, as well as equally important of waterproofing and drainage. Underground project should focus on waterproofing. Drainage in the No. 103 general principle of ＂waterproofing,drainage,plugging and cutting＂ of ＂Technical code for waterproofing of underground works＂ should be deleted.
