摘要
综述了高能束材料表面处理技术的类型、物理机制及其应用;并通过强脉冲离子束技术与激光束、电子束及传统离子注入的比较,表明强流脉冲离子束技术在金属材料表面处理方面的优势。
The type, physical mechanism and application of high-energy beam surface treatment technology in materials were reviewed. Compared high inensity pulsed ion beam with high power pulsedd laser beam, electron beam and traditional ion implantation, it gives the advantages of high intensity pulsed ion beam technology in metallic materals surface treatment.
