摘要
根据金属熔液在陶瓷孔隙中的浸渗公式,结合铝合金铸造过程中碳化硅陶瓷与铝及铝合金熔液的作用规律,讨论了外加压力、温度、铝合金成分、碳化硅孔径对铝及铝合金熔液在碳化硅陶瓷浸渗深度中的影响。
Based on the infiltration formula of molten metal in the pore of ceramic and action law of molten aluminum alloy, combining with pure Al and Si C ceramics in the process of aluminum alloy casting, the effects of external pressure,temperature, aluminum alloy composition and pore size of Si C ceramics on the infiltration depth of Si C ceramics in molten Al and Al alloy are discussed.
