ZnO含量对富铁MnZn功率铁氧体磁性能的影响 被引量:1

Effects of ZnO Addition on Magnetic Properties of Fe-rich MnZn Ferrite

摘要 采用传统陶瓷工艺制备了Zn0.15+mMn0.74-mFe2.11O4铁氧体,研究了不同Zn O含量对富铁Mn Zn铁氧体微观结构和性能的影响,并对结果进行了分析。结果表明,在一定范围内选择适当的Zn O含量,能够改善材料的微观结构,并且能有效提高材料的软磁性能。Zn O含量为8.2mol%时,样品的性能最佳:μi=3030,25℃测试的BS=536 m T,100 k Hz、200 m T下测试的最低损耗PCV=344 k W·m-3。 Zn0.15+mMn0.74-mFe2.11O4 ferrite materials were prepared by conventional ceramic technique. The influence of ZnO addition on the microstructure and magnetic properties of Mn Zn ferrite was investigated by adding different content of ZnO.The results show that moderate addition of ZnO can enhance the soft magnetic properties obviously. When the ZnO concentration is 8.2mol%, the sample possesses best magnetic properties. Under the condition of μi=3030, BS(25℃)=536 mT;Under 100 kHz, 200 m Tcurve,the minimum power loss PCV is 344 kW·m-3.
