摘要
利用Gleeble-3800热模拟试验机,对纯镍N6板材进行了平面应变流变应力研究,分析了变形温度及应变速率对纯镍N6板材流变应力的影响规律。并利用Arrhenius双曲正弦函数模型,建立了纯镍N6板材的峰值流变应力本构方程。得出在732、782、880℃,影响流变应力变化的主要因素是变形温度;在980、1080℃,流变应力的变化受变形温度和应变速率共同影响。
Using Gleeble-3800 thermal simulation testing machine, the study on the plane strain to pure nickel N6 plate flow stress was carried out. The deformation temperature and strain rate on flow stress of the board of pure nickel N6 were analyzed..By using Arrhenius hyperbolic sine function model, the pure nickel N6 plate of peak flow stress constitutive equation was established. At 732 ℃, 782 ℃ and 880 ℃, the main factors influencing the rheological stress changes is the deformation temperature. At 980℃ and 1080℃, the change of the flow stress is affected by deformation temperature and strain rate.
