摘要
制备了选择性激光烧结用覆膜钼粉,采用用SLS技术制备了成型件。利用真空炉对成型件进行了后处理,并得到了脱脂、预烧结和高温烧结的最佳工艺。对成型件和高温烧结件的微观形貌和力学性能进行了研究。结果表明:最佳工艺为脱脂温度300~400℃,预烧结温度1200~1400℃,高温活化烧结1600℃。高温活化烧结后的成型件物理性能得到很大提高,孔隙率14.5%,体密度6.3 g·cm-3,抗拉强度304.5 MPa,伸长率为7.8%和冲击韧性9.6 k J·m2。
Polymer-coated molybdenum powders for selective laser sintering(SLS) process were obtained.Green parts were manufactured with SLS. After the prototyping parts were post-treated in vacuum stove, the best products of polymer removal, pre-sintering and high temperature sintering were obtained.The microstructure and mechanical properties of the prototyping parts and high temperature sintering parts were studied. The conclusions show that: the best optimum process is the polymer removing temperature of 300-400℃, pre-sintering temperature of 1200-1400℃, high temperature sintering temperature of 1600℃. The physical properties of the parts greatly improve, which is that the porosity is 14.5%, the bulk density is 6.3 g·cm-3, the tensile strength is 304.5 MPa, the elongation is 7.8% and the toughness is 9.6 k J·m2.
