碳/碳复合材料表面SiC纳米线增韧SiC与ZrB_2复合涂层体系制备与研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用包埋法在碳/碳复合材料表面沉积Si C涂层,再利用化学气相沉积(CVD)法在Si C涂层表面原位生长Si C纳米线,最后利用热喷涂技术在其表面喷涂Zr B2涂层。通过扫描电镜分析可知Zr B2涂层有效地填补了Si C涂层的缺陷使涂层更加致密,Si C纳米线的生长起到增韧Si C和Zr B2复合涂层的作用。利用XRD、SEM、EDS分析测试了Si C涂层及纳米线的形貌和物象结构,并采用微米压痕仪对得到的涂层体系进行了力学性能研究。结果表明,Si C纳米线涂层不仅致密,而且力学性能也优异。 Silicon carbide(SiC) coating were produced by a pack cementation technique on surface of carbon/carbon(C/C) composites at first. Then SiC nanowires was grown with CVD technique on the surface of the silicon carbide coating.ZrB2 coating is successfully deposited by thermal spraying technique at last. The microstructure and the composition of the coating was investigated by scanning electron microscope(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD). The mechanical properties was tested by micro indentation apparatus. The results show that the coating with SiC nanowires is not only compact but also the mechanical properties are good.
