退火工艺对挤压AZ31汽车用板材组织和性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 利用挤压开坯工艺得到汽车用AZ31板材,通过在150、200和250℃分别保温30、60和90 min退火处理,分析了板材组织演变规律及力学行为。试验结果表明,退火处理后,板材发生了静态再结晶,晶粒发生了偏转及长大,弱化基面织构,室温塑性得到提高。同时,退火后的板材加工应变硬化率线性降低,其主要原因是与动态回复的软化作用有关。 AZ31 alloy sheets used in automobile were obtained by hot extrusion process. Annealing treatments were carried out at 150 ℃, 200 ℃ and 250 ℃ for 30 min, 60 min and 90 min at the aim of studying the evolution of microstructure and mechanical properties. The results show that the formation of new grains with a largely altered c-axis orientation relatives to the initial basal orientation owing to the static recrystallization. The ductility of AZ31 alloy increases after annealing treatments. Moreover, the work hardening of the annealed sheets reduces as a result of the dynamic recrystallization.
