死亡结构域相关蛋白(Daxx)的研究进展

摘要 病毒对宿主的感染能力,以及宿主对病毒感染的抵抗能力取决于病毒和宿主的相互作用。内在性免疫是宿主细胞抵抗病毒感染的重要方式之一。死亡结构域相关蛋白(death domain-associated protein,Daxx)最初是作为Fas死亡结构域(death domain of Fas,FasD D)的相互作用蛋白和具有调控凋亡信号途径的功能分子被鉴定的。近年来,Daxx在宿主细胞抵抗病毒感染过程中的功能研究极为活跃。文章从Daxx的分子特性、Daxx与病毒蛋白的互作机制等方面综述了Daxx的研究进展。 Viral infection ability to the host and the host resistance to viral infection depends on the interaction between the virus and the host. Intrinsic immunity is an important way for the host cells against viral infection. The death domain - associated protein (Daxx) is initially identi- fied as the interaction protein of the death domain of Fas (FasDD) and a functional molecule which plays a role in regulating apoptosis signaling pathway. Functional research for Daxx in the course of host cells against viral infection becomes extremely active in recent years. This paper re- views the research progress of Daxx from the aspects of the molecular characteristics of Daxx, the interaction mechanism between Daxx and viral protein, and so on.
