摘要
用户体验是用户在利用图书馆的过程中的全部印象和感受,它决定了图书馆的服务质量和用户的满意度及忠诚度。在借鉴国内外用户体验的研究成果和方法的基础上,论文探讨和分析了图书馆用户体验的要素及层次,提出了通过感官体验、交互体验和情感体验来改善和提升图书馆用户体验的建议。
User experience is users’ all impression and feelings in the process of using the library. It determines the service quality of the library, users’ satisfaction and loyalty. Taking users’ experience at home and abroad for reference, and on the basis of research results and methods, this paper discusses and analyzes the elements and level of library users’ experience,puts forward to improve and promote the library users’ experience by sensory experience, interactive experience and emotional experience.
