美国公共图书馆创客空间服务内容研究与启示

Research and Inspiration of American Public Library Makerspace Services

论文首先介绍创客空间的涵义和类型,阐述公共图书馆创客空间的社会角色与作用。在此基础上,进一步研究美国公共图书馆创客空间提供的服务内容和特点。最后,针对我国公共图书馆提供创客空间服务内容提出建议,包括制定科学的创客空间发展战略规划、找准定位,开展创客空间特色服务、提供无障碍创客服务、重视馆员继续教育培训等。

Firstly, this paper introduces the meaning and type of makerspace, and the social role and function of Makerspace of public library. On the basis, it analyzes the content and features of American public library makerspace services. Finally, it gives constructive advises for Chinese public library to develop the services of makerspace, which include making scientific planning to set up the services, finding suitable position to create characteristic service of makerspace, providing accessible maker service, emphasizing on continuing education and training of librarians.
