高校课外体育活动伤害处理与预防机制的研究

Research on Sports Injury Treatment and Prevention Mechanism in University Extracurricular Sports Activities

当前学生伤害事故对学校教育教学的影响日趋严重,学校安全管理工作的任务十分艰巨。文章采用文献资料法、调查法、访谈法、分析法等研究方法,对学生课外体育活动伤害事故原因、特点、处理与预防现状展开研究。研究表明:学生课外体育伤害事故呈现偶然性、突发性、客观性,同时国内以体育为内容的立法少、致使学校在处理学生课外体育伤害事故时无法可依,有碍于学生与学校之间的问题处理。研究从有关法律视角对学生课外体育活动伤害事故处理机制及预防上提出个人见解。为高校制定相关制度和对策,提供理论依据。同时也为法律部门完善的以体育为内容的法律法规提供参考。

Currently, students＇injury accidents are having an increasing and serious impact on school education and teaching, so the task for school safety management is very difficult. With research methods of literature, investigation, interview and analysis, the paper studies causes, characteristics, treatment and current situation of prevention of students＇ extracurricular sports injury. Research shows that students＇ extracurricular sports injury accidents demonstrate contingency, unexpectedness and objectivity. And the small number of legislation on sports provides little legal support for school when dealing with students＇ extracurricular sports injury. From the perspective of relevant laws, the study comes up with some ideas of its own on the prevention of sports injury treatment and prevention mechanism. The paper is intended to provide theoretical basis for universities to take relevant countermeasures and to provide reference for legal department to establish laws and regulations with sports as its content.
