摘要
采用文献资料、访谈法、数理统计分析等研究方法,对板鞋竞速运动员身体素质评价结构模型进行研究,并对其结构进行实证分析,研究得到板鞋竞速运动员身体素质评价结构模型的结构和关联影响系数为:由速度力量因子(0.49)和协调柔韧因子(0.58)构成,其中速度力量因子包括60m(0.52)、100m(0.67)、120m(0.57)和后抛铅球(0.43),协调柔韧性因子包括立定三级跳远(0.49)、30s俯卧背起(0.56)、30s两头起(0.50)、30s蛙跳(0.43)和体前屈(0.51)。旨为板鞋竞速运动员身体素质的科学化训练、教练员科学的选材及板鞋运动员运动成绩提供一定的实用参考。
With methods of literature, interview, mathematical statistics and analysis, the paper studies the structure model of evaluating physical quality of racing athletes in board shoes competition and conducts an empirical analysis on its structure. The research discovers that the structure of evaluating physical quality of these athletes and associated influence coefficient reveal as follows: it consists of the speed strength factors (0.49) and coordination flexibility factors (0. 58); speed strength factors includes 60 m (0.52), 100 m (0.67), 120 m (0.57), and throwing a shot put backward (0.43); coordination flexibility factors includes the standing triple jump (0.49), 30s prone lying head extension (0.56), 30s prone back (0.50), 30s leapfrog (0.43) and trunk bending forward (0. 51 ). The paper is intended to provide some practical reference for scientific training of physical quality of athletes in board shoes competitions; coaches' scientific selection and evaluating athletes' performance.
