摘要
瑞士球训练法是一种发展核心力量、提高平衡能力、预防运动损伤的有效方法,这种方法已在国内外竞技体育中广泛开展,并且取得了不错的训练效果。为了更全面的了解和运用这种非传统力量训练方法,本文介绍了瑞士球训练的起源,功能,综述了该方法在"核心力量训练"、"平衡能力"、"神经肌肉控制能力"、"伤后康复训练"领域的最新研究进展,总结出瑞士球训练方法在竞技体育运用中存在的问题,其一,瑞士球训练方法与专项技术动作脱节;其二,瑞士球训练负荷的定量安排研究较少;其三,瑞士球训练作用原理研究不足;其四,瑞士球训练效果评价体系亟待统一。并展望了瑞士球训练在大众体育领域的发展方向。
Swiss ball training method is an effective way to develop core strength, improve balance ability and prevent sports injury. This method has been extensively adopted in competitive sports at home and abroad, and has achieved good training effect. In order to fully understand and use this non - traditional strength training method, this paper introduces the origin and function of Swiss ball training, comprehensively reviews latest research development of this method in "core strength training", "balance neuromuscular control ability" and "rehabilitation training after injury,". The paper also summarizes problems emerging in applying Swiss ball training method to competitive sports as follows: first, Swiss ball training method is out of line with special technique action; second, research on Swiss ball training load arrangement is quite few; third, research on function and principle of Swiss ball training is scarce; fourth, evaluation system of Swiss ball training effect needs to be unified. The paper forecasts development direction of Swiss ball training in the field of public sports.
