摘要
年轻干部在我们党和国家中有着不可替代的地位与作用,可以说是我们党和国家继续稳步前进的重要保证。然而当前年轻干部的领导力现状实则该引起足够的重视,本文从体育的视角,采用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,从体育对提升年轻干部领导力作用进行研究,以期在理论上对年轻干部的领导力给予帮助与指导。通过研究得出如下结论:在个人品质层面,体育运动对年轻干部有着重要的影响;在宏观决策层面,体育运动对年轻干部的前瞻与规划产生重要的影响;在管理行为层面,体育有助于提高年轻干部沟通与协调的能力。
Young cadres play an irreplaceable role in our Party and nation and function as important guarantee for continuing and stable progress of our Party and nation. However, the leadership of young cadres should have called enough attention. From the perspective of sports and with methods of literature and logical analysis, the paper studies the function of sports in improving leadership of young cadres to provide help and guidance on leadership of young cadres in theory. Through research, the paper draws the following conclusions： on the level of personal quality, sports have important influence on young cadres; on the level of making macro - decisions, sports values a lot on cadres＇ view and plan - making; on the level of managerial behaviors, sports helps to improve cadres＇ ability of communicating and coordinating.
