中学体育教师职业倦怠现状研究

摘要 采用文献资料法、访谈法等对中学体育教师职业倦怠现状进行分析。主要结论:体育教师职业倦怠现象的产生来自于社会、学校、职业和个人等方面。建议:可以通过提高社会认识,改善教师待遇、转变管理模式,创造和谐环境、完善评价机制,提供培训机会、树立正确目标,提高综合素质等方法减少中学体育教师倦怠情绪的产生。 The paper analyzes status quo of middle school P.E. teachers' job burnout with methods of literature and interview. It mainly concludes that the phenomenon of P. E. teachers' job burnout is mainly caused by aspects of society, school, profession and individual reasons. The paper suggests reducing middle school P. E. teachers' job burnout by adopting following measures: improving social awareness; improving teachers'treatment; changing management mode; creating a harmonious environment; perfecting assessment mechanism; providing training opportunities ; setting up correct targets and enhancing comprehensive quality.
