股骨转子间骨折内固定并发动脉损伤 被引量：4

摘要 1990年全世界共发生股骨转子间骨折1660000例，据估计到2050年将会上升至6260000例。内固定是目前治疗股骨转子间骨折最常用的方法，其能使患者早期下床活动，缩短康复时间。手术并发症包括感染、骨折不愈合或畸形愈合、股骨头坏死、内固定物断裂、神经血管损伤、甚至死亡。虽然血管损伤发病率较低，仅为0．2％，但由于股骨转子间骨折病例数巨大，仍应引起我们的足够重视。
