摘要
港珠澳大桥江海直达船航道桥主塔钢索塔Z0节段高3.45m,重达489t。Z0节段在安装就位过程中需穿过74根锚固螺杆,安装定位精度要求高、难度较大。施工采用大型浮吊整体吊装就位和三维精确调位工艺,确保了Z0节段的安装质量。
Segment Z0 of main tower steel pylon of Sea-river Ship Channel Bridge of HZMB is as high as 3.45m with a weight of 489T. During the installation of Segment Z0, 74 anchor screw bars shall be inserted, which require high positioning accuracy and difficulties. Overall erection by a large floating crane and three-dimensional accurate adjusting process have been adopted to ensure the installation quality of segment Z0.
