大规模风电并网对宁夏电网失步振荡的影响 被引量:4

摘要 大规模的风电接入会使宁夏电网产生失步振荡。针对此问题,文章利用PSD-BPA建立宁夏"风火打捆"等值单机无穷大系统,从风电接入比例、有无无功补偿以及运行方式3个方面对系统失步振荡特性进行仿真分析,并给出外送断面配置的失步解列装置的响应及动作的情况;然后,结合风电场接入宁夏电网实例,进一步进行仿真验证。结果表明,风电并网容量越多,风电场具备无功补偿时,或在恒电压运行方式下有利于抑制电网失步振荡,提高电网稳定性。 With large-scale wind farms are connected to Ningxia power grid, out of synchronization oscillation caused by wind power integration will challenge the grid. In this paper, the PSD-BPA software is used to establish a wind-thermal-bundled equivalent single-machine infinite-bus system, the system out of synchronization oscillation characteristic is simulated and analyzed from 3 aspects of wind power permeability, condition of reactive power compensation and different operation modes of wind turbines, and the response and action of the splitting device which installed in delivery section are given out. A real project data of wind farm connected to Ningxia grid is used to verify the theory. The results show that the larger the scale of wind power integration, the better the grid out of step oscillation is restrained when wind farms have reactive power compensation or run in the constant voltage operation mode, which improves the system stability.
