摘要
以摩尔比为1∶1的己二胺和己二酸为原料,在一定温度、常压下,溶液p H值为7.7~7.9的条件下,合成了高浓度尼龙66(PA66)盐,根据固体PA66盐的溶解规律,分析了p H值、盐浓度、储存温度、氮气流速和搅拌速率等因素对盐溶液UV指数的影响。结果表明:PA66盐溶液质量分数不超过56%,溶液p H值为7.84,储存温度比饱和温度高10℃,氮气流速为5 m L/min,搅拌速率为20 r/min的条件下储存168 h后,PA66盐溶液UV指数增加量小于0.01。
A high-concentration PA66 salt was synthesized from hexanediamine and adipic acid solution in the mole ratio of 1 : 1 and pH value of 7.7 - 7.9 at a specific temperature and atmospheric pressure. The effects of pH value, salt concentration, storage temperature, nitrogen flow rate and stirring rate on the UV index of salt solution were analyzed according to the dissolution law of solid PA66 salt. The results showed that the UV index growth of PA66 solution was less than 0.01 for 168-hour storage under the condition of PA66 salt solution at the mass fraction of 56% or below, pH value of 7.84, storage temperature 10℃ higher than saturated temperature, nitrogen gas velocity 5 mL/min and stirring speed 20 r/min.
