摘要
对4种不同性质的砂对干混抹灰砂浆的性能影响进行了试验研究。研究结果表明:在相同配合比条件下,细度模数2.8的机制砂抹灰砂浆不好施工(分层度大),但强度最高;细度模数1.6的细砂抹灰砂浆好施工(分层度小),但强度最低,收缩率最大;当河砂和混合砂细度模数均为2.3时,混合砂抹灰砂浆比河砂抹灰砂浆施工性更好,强度更高,这可能是混合砂比河砂的级配和表面性质更好的原因。结论是作为抹灰砂浆中砂应该级配良好并且细度模数在2.3左右为宜,并且混合砂比河砂更好。
Experimental study on the effect of the four types of sands with various performances on the properties of dry-mixed plas-tering mortar was carried on. The results show that under the same mix proportion condition,the plastering mortar prepared by the ma-chine-made sand with fineness modulus of 2.8 has had construct property because of high coursing degree of mortar while highest compressive strength. The plastering mortar prepared by the river sand with fineness modulus of 1.6 has excellent construct property be-cause of low coursing degree of mortar while lowest compressive strength and maximum shrinking percentage. The plastering mortars were prepared by the river sand and mixing sand with fineness modulus of 2.3 respectively,the latter has better construct property and higher compressive strength than that of the former,which can be explained that the graduation of mixing sand is better than that of the river sand. This is a conclusion that the sand used for the plastering mortar should have excellent sand graduation and fineness modulus of 2.3,and mixed sand is better than river sand.
