摘要 随着时代潮流的发展,大开间、大跨度的建筑越来越成为时代发展的一大趋势,而传统的现浇钢筋混凝土实心楼盖自重大,承重能力差;施工工艺多且繁杂,劳动量大,已逐渐不能够满足现代建筑的需要。基于现浇混凝土空心楼盖水平承重结构体系的优势,改善其建筑功能,去除已有现浇混凝土空心楼盖的缺点,在保留现有空心楼盖的优点基础上,提出一种新型现浇空心楼盖结构形式——胶结EPS(EPS是Expanded Polystyrene的缩写,意为废旧聚苯乙烯泡沫)颗粒块陶粒混凝土楼盖,并对陶粒混凝土及EPS混凝土配合比试验性能进行系统试验研究。 With the development of the trend of the times,larger space and large span buildings become a trend of the times,the tradi-tional cast-in-situ reinforced concrete solid floor from major,bearing ability is poor. Construction technology and more multifarious, large amount of labor,has been gradually cannot meet the needs of the modern architecture. Bearing structure based on the level of cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor system advantage,improve the building function,remove the disadvantage of cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor,the existing on the basis of the merits of the existing hollow floor,puts forward a new type of cast-in-situ hollow floor structure,cementation EPS( EPS is expanded polystyrene,meaning of waste polystyrene foam)particles ceramsite concrete floor,and the ceramsite concrete and the ratio of EPS concrete test systematic experimental study on the performance.
