北京市成年居民对营养标签的理解与应用情况 被引量:8

摘要 目的了解北京市成年居民对营养标签的理解与应用情况。方法采用多阶段分层随机整群抽样的方法,在全市半数区县选择常住人口作为调查对象。应用问卷调查的方法了解北京市成年居民对营养标签的理解与应用情况。结果有效样本10 148人,北京市成年居民理解营养标签的比例为26.1%,购买食品时参考营养标签的比例为30.5%。不同性别、年龄组、城郊、文化程度和婚姻状况的人群对营养标签理解和参考的差异具有统计学意义。对于理解营养标签,男性为20.4%,女性为22.6%;城区为33.2%,郊区为14.6%;随着文化程度的提高,理解营养标签的比例增加;未婚居民理解营养标签的比例高于已婚和离异者。对于参考营养标签,男性为22.6%,女性为28.4%;城区为39.5%,郊区为17.4%;随着文化程度的提高,参考营养标签的比例增加;未婚居民参考营养标签的比例高于已婚和离异者。结论北京市成年居民对营养标签的理解与应用率不高;性别、年龄组、城郊、文化程度和婚姻状况是北京市居民理解营养标签和购买食品时是否参考营养标签的影响因素;营养标签理解与应用项目的重点干预人群是男性、低文化水平、中老年人、郊区人群。 Objective To investigate the comprehension and application of nutrition labels among adult residents in Beijing. Methods Multi-stage stratified random cluster sampling method was used to select the subjects from half of the Beijing districts. The comprehension and application of nutritional labels among the adult residents in Beijing were investigated with questionnaire survey. Results Among 10148 valid subjects, 26. [% residents understood the meaning of nutrition label and 30. 5% referred to the labels when they selected food. Statistical significant differences were found between different genders, age groups, areas, education levels and marital status on comprehension and reference of the nutrition labels. For comprehension of nutritional labels,the ratio were 20.4% among men, 22.6% among women, 33.2% among the urban, 14. 6% among the rural. For application of nutritional labels, the ratio were 22.6% among men, 28.4% among women, 39.5% amongtbe urban, and 17.4% among the rural. Both ratios were higher among higher educated population. Both ratios among unmarried people were higher , than those among married or divorced people. Conclusion The correct rate of comprehension and application of nutrition labeling among Beijing adults arc not high. The gender, age, culture degree, marriage status are the influencing factors for comprehension and application of nutrition labels. Currently the target population of intervention of nutrition labels' comprehension and application are the male, low education level, elder, and rural population.
