摘要
目的使用离子色谱法中的梯度淋洗系统检测饮用水中消毒副产物溴酸盐、亚氯酸盐和氯酸盐,使其达到更好的检测效果。方法离子色谱法-氢氧根系统淋洗液,梯度淋洗,浓度10~40mmol/L,流速1.0mL/min。结果三种消毒副产物分离良好,线性r值均〉99.95%,重复测定相对标准偏差均〈1%,加标回收率在93.6%~96.5%之间。结论该方法检测溴酸盐、亚氯酸盐和氯酸盐,分离良好,线性良好,具有较高的精密度和准确度。
Objective To achieve a better detection effectt,, ion chromatography gradient elution system was used to detect drinking water disinfection byproducts including bromate, chlorite and chlorate, Methods Ion chromatography hydroxyl system eluent was appliacted with gradient elution at the concentration of 10 - 40 mmol/L and the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. Results three kinds of disinfection byproducts were well separated, linear r values were greater than 99.95%. Relative standard deviation of repeated determination was less than 1% , standard addition recovery rate is between 93.6% - 96.5%. Conclusion The method was applicated to detect bromate, chlorite and chlorate with good separation, good linearity, higher precision and accuracy.
