北京市某郊区社区卫生服务中心人力资源现状

摘要 目的了解北京市某郊区社区卫生服务中心人力资源配置现状,为合理配置社区人力资源提供依据。方法采用问卷方式对该郊区社区卫生服务中心人力资源配置现状进行普查,使用EpiD ata3.1建立数据库,采用SPSS进行统计分析。结果该郊区社区卫生服务中心职工总体情况,男性比例低,仅占32.8%。其中城区男性所占比例最少,深山区最多;职工平均年龄为(34.1±10.6)岁,30岁以下职工所占比例城区最少,而半山区、山区、深山区较多。30岁以上则情况相反;卫生学历以中专和大专为主,缺乏高学历人才;城区职工以初级职称和中级职称为主,半山区、山区和深山区以无职称和初级职称为主,均缺乏高级职称人才。结论应增加男性职工的比例,对年轻职工加强教育培训,鼓励他们晋升中高级职称,提高工作能力,并引进高学历的人才。 Objective To investigate the current status of human resource distribution of community health centers of a suburb in Beijing and thus helps properly allocating human resource. Methods A questionnaire survey was performed in community center. Database was built on EpiData3. 1 and data was analyzed with SPSS. Results Proportion (32.8%) of male employees is lower. The trend is more profound in city area while less in deep Mountain area; Average age is (34. 1 ± 10. 6). City area has less proportion of employees under 30 years old. The trend is opposite in half mountain, mountain and deep mountain areas. For education degree, most employees are colleges or vocational education degree. Majority of employees have primary or secondary title nn city area; while they have no title or primary title in half mountain, mountain and deep mountain area; lack employees with high title are in community health centers. Conclusion the proportion of male employee needs be increased. The younger employees should be encouraged to get secondary or high title; highly educated candidates should be employed.
