唐钢3200m^3高炉降低工序能耗的生产实践

摘要 通过分析唐钢南区3 200 m3高炉近两年的工序能耗变化和能耗介质构成情况,阐明了影响炼铁工序能耗降低的主要因素.介绍了唐钢3 200 m3高炉在低品位、高渣比的原燃料条件下,通过优化高炉操作制度、加强能源管理、充分回收利用余热余能等一系列措施,使工序能耗显著降低的实践经验. Through the structure analysis of process energy consumption and energy consumption medium on the 3 200 m3 BF in Tangsteel, the main factor impacting the process energy consumption of iron-making was illustrated. A series of expe- riences were introduced that the process energy consumption was lowered evidently through optimizing the operation sys- tems, improving the management of energy and recycling the surplus energy on the 3 200 m3 BF in Tangsteel.
