摘要
重点研究了小粒度烧结矿和焦丁回收利用对能效的间接影响及经济效益.发现小粒度矿、焦回收带来的间接能耗降低几乎完全体现在回收利用后,矿、焦有效利用率的提高带来的能耗间接降低,而矿、焦运输能耗、返矿返焦输送能耗、筛分能耗等变化可忽略不计.对于年产100万吨高炉,通过回收4!的小粒度烧结矿和30 kg/t Fe焦化厂焦丁,可降低能耗6.71 kgce/t Fe,使炼铁工序能耗降低1.64!,对年产100万吨高炉,带来经济效益高达1 818万元/a.
The indirect influence and economic benefit of recover of small-size sinter ore and coke on energy efficiency are made. It' s found that the recovery of small-size sinter ore and coke which increases the utilization rate of raw materials can reduce energy consumption obviously, where as the reduction of transport energy consumption and others can be ignored. For the BF with an annual output of 1 million tons, with the help of the recover technology of small-size sinter ore (4 %) and coke nut (30 kg/tFe), it can reduce the energy consumption of 6.71 kgce/t Fe indirectly, equal to 1.64 %of iron-mak- ing procedure energy consumption. Furthermore, this technology can bring the economic benefit of RMB 18. 18 million Yuan/a.
