韶钢8号高炉2013年3月处理重力除尘器大面积泄漏煤气配合退出预热器,进行为期52 h的计划休风.通过优化休复风方案,合理控制各项操作参数,结合料面进行煤气流分布调整,炉况3天恢复正常.
The operation of blowing-down for 52 hours was scheduled in order to dispose the gas leakage of the gravitational deduster for the 3 200 m3 BF #8 and to stop using the preheater at SGIS in March, 2013. By optimizing the blowing-down and re-blowing-in operations and properly controlling the operating variables, combining the material distribution of the blast furnace, and adjusting the gas flow distribution, it took only 3 days after the re-blowing-in to recover the production to its normal level.
