摘要
为探索钢铁企业SO2产生特征,以钢铁行业一般产销数据为基础,对比分析了烧结铁矿石消耗、固体燃料消耗等多种因素对SO2产生量的影响,并探讨了主要工序的SO2产生量分布.分析结果表明:铁矿石含硫率、焦炉煤气H2S含量分别是烧结工序、燃气型其他工序SO2产生量的关键性影响因素;且钢铁企业SO2主要由烧结工序产生.
In order to explore the generation characteristics of SO2 in steel industry, some factors such as consumption of i- ron ore and solid fuel in the sintering process were compared and analyzed, which affected the generation of sulfur dioxide. The generation distribution of sulfur dioxide in the main processes was investigated as well. Basic data used in this paper were based on the industry experience. The results show that the sulfur content of iron ore and the hydrogen sulfide content of coke oven gas are the key factors of sintering process and the other processes which are gas-fired respectively. What' s more, SO2 in steel industry is mainly produced by the sintering process.
