云南企业文化测评体系构建研究——基于文化特质模型的优化及实证

Empirical Analysis and Optimization of Yunnan Corporate Culture Evaluation System Based on Theoretical model of Culture Traits

该研究以组织有效性文化特质模型为基础,通过维度假设和模型优化,形成了由28个题项组成的量表。利用SPSS统计软件因子分析中的主成分分析法和最大方差正交旋转法识别出十个维度,并通过Cronbach’sα值检验出这十个维度具有较高的信度。该体系的构建为云南企业文化量化管理提供了依据。

Based on the Organizational Effectiveness Theoretical model of Culture Traits, the study formed a questionnaire including 28 items by dimension hypothesis and model optimization. The study identified ten dimensionalities through the means of PCA and Varimax of factor analysis in SPSS software, then testify the reliability of the ten dimensionalities by employing Cronbach＇s a coefficient. The construction of this system provides a base for quantitative management of corporation culture in Yunnan.
