摘要
目的建立环境试验与观测科研项目管理信息系统。方法采用信息加工处理技术、工作流程分析、模块建立、数据库及数据共享等技术,分析和讨论各模块的主要内容。结果设计了环境试验与观测科研项目管理信息系统结构,建立了立项申报、运行管理、验收、成果和档案等子系统。结论环境试验与观测科研项目管理信息系统可以提高管理效率,为科研任务按计划高质量完成提供技术支持。
Objective To establish an information system for Environmental Test and Observation Research Project. Methods Information processing technology, working process analysis, module establishment, database and data sharing technology were used to analyze and discuss the main contents of the modules. Results The structure of the information system for Environmental Test and Observation Research Project was designed, and subsystems including research project application system, operation and evaluation system, achievement and archives management system were built. Conclusion The information system for Environmental Test and Observation Project can improve management efficiency and provide technical support for completion of the research project with high quality.
