摘要
提出了一种基于三维可视化技术的集装箱起重机监控技术,利用三维仿真软件FLEXSIM二次开发技术,建立集装箱起重机仿真模型,开发三维模型的驱动接口和状态数据接口,实现集装箱起重机的三维可视化监控,实时并直观地监控起重机现场作业状态和作业流程。
This paper put forward a kind of container crane monitoring technology based on 3D visualization technology, it used 3D simulation software FLEXSIM to build the simulation model of container crane, and developed driver interface and data interface of the 3D model. It realized 3D visualization monitoring of container crane. It can monitor the status of cranes＇operation and the operation processes realtimely and intuitively.
