摘要 针对煤矿斜井井下运送物料劳动强度大的现状,设计并改进了一种手动液压推车装置。该装置采用液压动力,手动控制阀操作,液压马达推动推节矿车,推节安装在轨道外围跑道上。研究表明,该装置推力大、适应范围广,能解决推车机和钢丝绳头卡拌这一技术难题,可有效减轻副斜井向井下推车的工作压力,提高斜井推车的安全性。 On the basis on the current situation of high labor intensity in underground transport material in the inclined well of coal mine, this paper designed and improved a manual hydraulic carrier device. The power of the carrier device is the hydraulic power and the control valve of the one is the manual control valve. The push section which was installed in the track outside the runway was pushed forward by the hydraulic slave motor. The result is that: device thrust was large, and accommodation range was wide, and can solve the problem which interfered with the pusher and the wire rope, which can be an effective solution to the underground trolley work of auxiliary inclined shaft. The staffs were reduced and the safety of the carrier was improved.
